Absolutely its benificial !! With a healthy diet..like anything else really..u couldnt lose weight on it alone ..plenty of water and excersise

Clean eating ....no sauces no frills . Just veg protein salads. Plenty of spices ! Minus the salt lol lots of water ..protein :) helped me ! U can look up pinterest for ideas on low calorie foods :)

Its so hard cutting it out at first but you do it ! I first cut out all my bread going to wraps ..then i cut that out..i started using my salads to dip into my tuna for lunch lol and it was fine ! I started to cut out potatos at night as well as rice and pasta..and bread of course. I started having home made soups instead…
