  • What I've been recently told on my journey is that stay off the scale lol, don't know what's really working until you measure. You don't know if it's fat, water weight or gaining muscle from the scale.
  • I am no expert but am about to add cardio and get my lungs work lol, so I would suggest perhaps the pool if available for part of cardio to ease into it.
