  • Hello im currently on the warrior diet a few years back I achieved great results, im going on my second week and I feel better then before I fast all morning and afternoon long then eat my first meal when I get home from work around 4:30-5 have a snack then workout at 7pm
  • Im currently intermittent fasting. In the past I got good results from doing it im a week in and Im already seeing results. Im new on here so feel free to add me
