I have what we call the storage closet in our apartment and things just go in there and we often forget what is in there. I will make that my challenge as I try to get to it twice a year. Its time to decide what is donatable and what should be kept.

I got in 3.5 miles of cardio on the treadmill with the heat and ozone levels didn't want to take the workout outside.

thank you for doing this for us it never hurts to have reminders after a time to get up its so easy to fall back into old habits this has helped me to get back into being more motivated to sit less :)

love the video thanks for sharing it its so true how little we move due to not having the need any longer my house is so automated by my geek of a husband I have to find alternative ways to get myself up and moving daily

thanks for sharing that it truly is inspirational I have been walking or pacing when I am on the phone be it talking or texting that way I am not sitting while doing those activities and it helps me a lot with getting in more standing time

Getting in my fruits is a hard one for me you would think it would be veggies but those I do good with just cant seem to get into a habit of eating fruit daily. One of my three choices for last weeks challenge was to add a fruit in to my evening snack, suffice to say I am still working to make that one a habit. :)

I love to cross stitch and at times I let me love of the craft go unattended going to make sure to take time to work on a project each day this week :)

I think I will try the yoga I tend to be like you and focus mostly on just walking or a stationary bike

for me over the years the biggest thing I have learned is portion control at 5'2" I can not eat the same size meal as my 6'4" husband :) had to teach him this too as he always wanted to feed me thinking I was not eating enough

definitely one of the big factors that influence my periods of over eating is stress this is a good one for me to work on

I did not manage to stay consistent with this and do it once a day so it is definitely something I plan to continue trying to add to my day. It has been a great challenge and surprisingly much harder for me than logging food.

This is one I truly need to work on, before my spinal surgery last December I was getting 10,000 steps daily but last September my back started to bother me and it slowly declined to almost nothing (disk ruptured so moving was painful) my weight has slowly been inching up again. I took a walk with the husband and enjoyed the milder weather we had move in for the weekend

I am trying to really incorporate moving for 5 minutes on the hour during the day to my daily life now not perfect at it but certainly doing much better

loved todays article very informative I try to get out and walk 5 miles daily its the rest of the day that I can get a bit lazy and not get up and move again...so trying to pace for a few minutes every hour so I am not sitting 8 straight hours..
