WW suggested something like an extra 500 cal if baby was exclusively nursing, extra 250 if baby was nursing and getting formula or solids as well. You could try that for a few weeks, see what it does to your weight loss.

For me, it was the carbonation that I was missing when I started to cut back on soda (like, the "bite" of it). I replaced it with the soda stream (just plain water, no added anything), and found that it hits that craving for me. I just make sure to extra-carbonate the water.
