  • For the minerals, I use celtic salt and pink himalayan salt. They both have over 80 minerals, unlike table salt that has been highly processed and is dangerous. I melt some celtic salt under my tongue then down a glass of water. This can be done a few times a day. I use pink salt on my food now instead of table salt.
