@lsutton484 I was looking at their app last night and it looks like their best features are locked behind a pay wall. Is that true of their website, too?

This thread actually just got me excited, so I signed up for one that's closer. My new first is going to be on May 21st :D

Have you looked into making your own beef jerky or buying low sodium beef jerky?

There aren't any races where I live right now, but I'm moving in two weeks and my first 5K is scheduled for July 4th. Can't wait!

Thanks guys. I'm glad to be back into it. In high school, I would sometimes run 6 miles and sometimes 3 miles 3x a week, but I just kind of yolo'd it and got lucky because I was younger. C25K definitely reminded me of that addict feeling. Good luck on your half!

Check out The Vegan Zombie on youtube. He was my fav when I was vegan. :)

You had 5.33 servings of 1.5 ounces.

My bio straight up says that food is my biggest passion and I don't tolerate eating food I don't enjoy. When I moved into my new apartment, I couldn't find my TV remote for 6 months but I didn't realize it because I had Food Network on 24/7 and didn't try changing it. I limit myself to 1400 calories a day and my boyfriend…

If your peanut butter is 34 g per serving and you had 20 g, you had .58823 servings of peanut butter xD Make good friends with your calculator.

I started from Day 1 :)

I'm not going to get any official races in before I start training for a 10K. I figure that increasing distance is generally how you improve time anyway, so I'm just going to keep following the program. I've been using ZenLabs Couch210K. The beginning is identical to C25K.

I'm scheduled to complete W7D3 today or tomorrow (forgot to take two rest days between W6 and W7, might budget it in today) with ZenLabs and I definitely intend to keep on going to 10K. Feel free to add me :)

I only skimmed, so sorry if someone's said this already! Have you looked into coldbrew? It's sweeter / less bitter than drip coffee, so it's much easier to drink black. I swear by it.

Honestly, I love my 3/4 length Danskins from Walmart. I think I paid like $12 and they dry pretty quickly and aren't see-through. The inner thigh doesn't get gross from chub rub, either! I love VS yoga pants, but they seem to split at the inner thigh for me after six months to a year. Their VS sport pants hold up much…

I used to have panic attacks at least daily if not multiple times a day. I read the book "Hardcore Self Help: *kitten* ( the F word) Anxiety" and I dropped down to maybe one panic attack a year. I think I got it for a few dollars on Amazon as an ebook, but it was really instrumental for learning to control my anxiety…

The poster above me reminded me - Darn Tough brand socks. They're the only sock I'll wear now because they're so good. They make an excellent no show and each pair is buy it for life- they'll replace them whenever they wear out.

I honestly love these headphones. Only $6 and they've stayed with me a few months now. They stay in place perfectly and they're not noise canceling, so I can hear what's around me if I wear them outside. Think the headphones that went with your walkman in the 90s. These are those, but with better quality. They're showing…

Oh, man. twitch.tv would confuse the kitten out of you, then. Why do you watch TV? Because it's entertaining. It's probably less entertaining for you to watch a season finale of a show you don't watch than for a show you religiously follow. Minecraft videos are your kid's show. I'd start getting him on this site when the…

I'm scheduled to graduate the program in a week. I love it :)

I took a restorative yoga class last semester and I'm currently doing Yoga Studio App's beginner flexibility programs every other day.

King Arthur Flour makes an amazing gf pancake mix!

I was misdiagnosed with celiac disease for almost two years and loved Cheerios and Chex. They don't bother my actual celiac friend, either.

Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and different types of vinegar. I add vinegar to sooo much.

Turn on the TV, press mute, and turn subtitles/closed captioning on.

O.N.E makes a pineapple flavor of their coconut water. I lived on that stuff when I was maybe 15. I used to stick it outside my window in the middle of the winter so it'd get a little frosty, then drink up. Unfortunately, I don't really like any other coconut water, but my family saw me drinking so much of it that almost 8…

Urban Decay. I have to scrub it off my face at the end of the day.

I used to make a lot of veggie burgers when I was vegetarian. I've found that I personally prefer a fine dice to shredding the vegetables, so if you're not a fan of the texture, I'd start there! :)

I press it for 30 minutes, drain the water, and press for another 30 minutes. Then I marinate in a mixture of rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. I slice off pieces from the block and lightly coat them in cornstarch and cook them in a little vegetable oil on medium-medium high heat until they're crispy.

Maybe I just got lucky with my chiropractor, but I'm absolutely grateful for mine. He double-majored in Biology and Physiology in university before going on to get a Bachelor & Doctorate from National College of Chiropractics. Not sure how much goes into those second two qualifications, but the first two were enough for me…
