It depends on your weight loss process. Do you lose weight every week? For me, I love food, so if I'm plateau, I increase my cardio instead of decreasing my kcal. Right now I'm doing cardio 5 days a week (15-30 min) after weights training.

Me too. I've been on a diet for 9 weeks and I've lost 17kg so far. My plan is 10kg more by 30 April. My 6-pack are starting to show a little bit, especially the upper two.
