I was craving chocolate like mad this morning so brought a chocolate protein drink 😍😍 defiantly sorted my craving! Also I get sweet freedom choc shot and choc spread, low in calories and amazing with fruit or just eaten straight out of the tub 🤣

Kvarg yoghurt is amazing, high in protein, low in calories and they fill you up! Try adding fat free Greek yoghurt to your shakes, it makes them thicker and adds more protein

I’ve tried drinking 2-3 litres a day but I just end up having a lot of toilet breaks at work and when I’m out and about it’s more trouble. I do try to drink a lot on a day I know I’m gonna workout hard.

Is the bolded part a typo? If you are truly only comfortable if you are netting an average of 4000 per week or 571 calories per day then you may need to speak with your doctor about that.
