I’ve lost around 6stone but still have a belly. All the loose skin does not help as it makes me still feel fat, especially when i bloat and i bloat BIG TIME. I’m slowly coming to the realisation that I will never have a flat toned stomach or abs but I’m healthy and that’s what matters xx

I emotionally eat, when I’m happy, sad or stressed. Recently gained 11lbs but I know I will lose it if I stay strong. I’m just glad I’ve caught it early before before it spiralled out of control too much

I’m told I make people laugh. I’m always up for anything and doing stupid stuff to make people smile especially for my daughter.

It sounds daft but I regularly look back at pictures of me when I was 16stone. It reminds me how unhappy I was and how unhealthy I was. That usually puts me back on track

Oh I’ve done this many many times, especially when I’m tired, stressed or on my period. I take digestive tablets to help with any bloating and water retention tablets, drink loads of water and eat regularly, even when I’m not hungry so I’m less likely to binge later on.

My petty reason is I come from a big family. All my sisters are big so it’s nice to be the smallest. Also when I meet my fellas mates, I want them to be like ‘wow that’s your fiancé!’

Ok so I’m at work on a sleep shift and tonight I’ve had my dinner and instead of binge eating which is the habit I’m in when I’m on a sleep instead I’ve had a light hot chocolate, a protein cake bar and two small cut up apple pieces warmed up with abit of Golders syrup. This is huge for me!!! I just kept saying to myself…

Well I ate over the two nights 2 75g chocolate bars, 4protein pancakes with a banana and sweet freedom choc spread, crackers(half a large tub), 4 fibre one brownies, tub of breyers icecream, and 2 huge bowls of Cheerios an cornflake mix with milk and 6 biscuits. I’m only this bad if I’m stressed

I had a binge last night and the night before. As long as it fits into your weekly calories you should be fine. I’ve been maintaining since August and have a sweet binge once a week and even though I put on some water weight for afew days it drops off

I had my gallbladder removed about 2 years ago, it was badly infected and now I suffer from acid reflux and bloating very easily. If I have too much bacon in a day OMG I think I’m dying. When my husband just takes his socks off and leaves them there! WE HAVE WASHING BASKETS FOR A REASON! When he finishes a bottle of milk or pop and just puts it ON TOP of the recycling bin NOT in the bin, ON TOP!!!! I use pb2 (brought off amazon as we don’t sell it in uk shops ☹️) and apple slices. Usually though if my 3yr old is around I get just the apple slices because she robs my peanut butter and classes it as “mummy sharing” 🤣 like I have a choice

I love chicken from takeaways so I buy a spatchcock chicken and cook it raised so it’s all crispy and I make my own naan breads which are lower in calories and freeze well

I love my weekly takeaway with my hubby. I find i bloat all the time! I do take digestive tablets to help (I have no gallbladder and bloat extremely easily) drinking plenty of water usually helps too but it takes atleast 2days for my bloating to go down

I’m not sure about a late snack but we buy diabetic jam (low in sugar and calories) and it’s amazing maybe with pb2 and an apple. It’s so good
