I started working out February 26th. So 2 months I suppose.

I am 5'2, 144, 20 yrs old and I would say I'm active. I work out 2-4 times a week. I do body pump 2-3x a week. MGP had gave me the calorie goal 1250 if I wanted to lose 2lbs per week. I usually eat back 100-250 cals after a work out

I'm not sure what my deficit is tbh. I know I was eating way more than 2000 to probably around 3500. Now that I count my cals it's crazy to think I would eat 600-1000 cal dishes and what not

Got it, it's because all my friends tell me "burn more than what you eat" I even had one person tell me 1500 cals is too much for me! But I've lost 16 lbs so far so I outta be doing something right
