What do you mean mininum? If were basing this off research I can easily show you other research that is against this idea. My point is, instead of giving suggestions on an exact number, try to figure out what the specific individual need.

Are you also measuring your food? Sometimes calorie counting isn't always accurate and you might be 100-200 calories higher than what you thought.

Might also be the face that your carb intake might be on the high side. Your body might not be utilizing the carbs properly and it's making you bloated or it's storing as body fat so it's not coming off your stomach as fast.
