Feel free to add me and ask me anything. It's a lifestyle change you're looking for, not a diet. A lot of people have a tendency to jump face first into this change they're making and it usually goes badly. Enjoy the experience. Do what you like in moderation. Ask questions.

You might have hit a plateau and need to change something in order to get out of it. Whether it means adding another day of cardio or increasing your calories for a short amount of time and decreasing it again.
-
Why low carb?

Yeah it also could be a dehydration issue. Make sure you take in a good glass of water before you consume something. Your body might not be used to eating and processing the food you're eating now since its expected your usual diet.

The guy who half add deadlifts 220 pounds but drop the weight once he gets to the top. 220 slamming onto pavement inside the gym isn't a pleasant sound.

If you're tracking your macros you might want to increase the amount of carbs you take in. Not going to sit here and be a smart *kitten* about what carbs does but it should help. You might be cutting too much of it from your diet.
