Water really helps to full you up. Also keeping distracted. When I feel like I am going to eat when I'm not hungry I go to the gym or for a walk. Sometimes dance videos help to to keep your mind off of everything going on and have fun too. You can find lots on youtube.

It's a gym at my apartment. The people at the desk don't look too into fitness lol.

I'm 5'4 and 172 lbs currently. My goals are similar to you. I have a 5 year old girl and 4 year old boy. He's not in school yet so I'm staying home with him until August. Fairly new here but been on my weightloss journey close to a month now. Feel free to add me :)

Thank you. :) I'll look into stronglifts. As for turkey my fiance practically broke up with me when I made turkey. He was like " you expect me to eat this lol!" It's hard making meals for him because he mostly eats red meat and only boneless skinless chicken breast which I tend to think is really dry and quite expensive.…
