  • I love it and would never go back to "normal" dieting or eating. I know exactly what to eat and how much based on my daily activity level and plan meals accordingly days in advance so Im not shopping every single day. I eat once a day sometimes twice depending on my plans

  • Plain Greek Yogurt with half a pack of Truvia and 2-3 ounces of strawberries is a pretty low calorie breakfast. You still get your protein with the yogurt and good carbs from fruit. Or some egg whites and chicken sausage is always a good choice
  • Foods high in calories and either fat/carbs. Typically things I dont eat within my diet.
  • I eat clean and under my daily calorie goal every day. Had a few "cheat days" where I had a Delmonico steak one day and Chipotle steak bowl (700cal) the following week. Both days I met my macros and calorie goal. Looking forward to my first REAL cheat meal on Thursday for March Madness lol everything in moderation tho
