I didn't taste any of these problems! It tastes like ice cream to me and I usually microwave for about 10-20 seconds it to make it soft, sometimes I'll put pb2 and banana in it (depending on the flavor of the ice cream).

I love shakes! Especially with powders but I've only tried one so far. They're also fun to be creative with and they fill me up just fine. I sometimes do it on the weekend but don't like staying in the same place for too long. If I'm tired or feeling physically bad, I might eat at maintanence. This is also because I don't have much to lose and I'm in no rush.

Usually empty calories, like crisps and processed snacks that don't fill me up. Unless I'm having some sort of craving that can't be fixed w/ an alternative, there's no point in wasting my calories

I used to mind a lot since I weighed it perfectly and I didn't want anyone interfering with my portion. Now, I don't mind anymore because it's just less calories for me! Also... sharing is caring.

4 cups of spinach. It's the same as taking 40g of dry oats, then mixing it with water and microwaving. It might end up weighing more, but it's still 40g of oats and it's still the same amount of calories.
