no way! I guess I could eat pizza if I just ate the toppings, but I haven't reconciled with that yet. No crust with tomato sauce in the world is going to fit into my 23 grams of carbs a day..

I've never heard of very many people being able to reach ketosis eating over 20-30 grams of net carbs !! I've been doing it for two months.. Love it! I've been doing 27net carbs, but I'm going to lower it to 20.

I've been addicted to food my whole life until I started the Keto diet. Now I don't have cravings for food ever, unless I'm physically hungry. I don't need willpower, the cravings are gone. No bored eating, emotional eating, carb binges.

I've been eating a 3-5 ounce ribeye for breakfast 5-6 days a week for almost a month. I haven't got tired of it yet! ;-)

I'm on day 19. I love Keto! I haven't lost as much as I thought, but I am playing around with proteins and carbs to find what is best for me. Also, I gave up aspartame a couple of days ago and the next day starting tasting the keto breath everyone talks about.. so that is something!

my whole life doesn't really add up, but I hope this Keto thing works! I have an aversion to peanut butter, but I sure wish I did not. It would solve some of my fat to protein to carb ratios.

FYI the tortilla weighed more before I fried it.. .84 ounces and now after frying .74 ounce.

I'm eating a very low carb/high fat diet and I'm having a hard time eating enough fat so I guess frying is the way to go. I just want to know if I'm making my goal or not, helpful suggestions. In particular the "weigh it before and after you fry it' makes the most sense in my brain. Thanks for the suggestion Speziface!…
