Is it possible to have uneven weight loss? I've only lost 18 pounds in the last 100 days.. Doesn't seem crazy.. now one of my cheeks is sinking.. completely uneven face.. I am attaching a photo that shows me trying to hide it, but you can still tell.
I've been doing keto for over six months and i've lost 26 pounds but I did not work out so even though i'm 117 pounds, I still have a lot of fat (I'm 5'4"). and ....9 grams of carbs, 6 grams of protein, and 22 grams of fat.. and you kinda want to hit those numbers right on. What would you eat? (I really want to know!)
