I’m glad I started this during Christmas week, really kept me in check over the holidays!

Had some bad stuff last night but not as much as I usually do, enjoyed myself and did not track. But just went for a walk and tracking again. Not really setting a resolution but needing to commit to myself.

42 from Newfoundland, getting serious, have been eating better over the last few months but now focused on weight lose for overall health, medication reduction and to fit in my old clothes again! I have a closet full of clothes from 30 lbs ago just waiting for me!

I’m back lol can’t do this without tracking, tried just “being good” but I can’t be trusted ha ha I’d like to lose 65 and re-evaluate after that. I have a size goal, to get out of plus sized clothes for starters

I was gone and back again, wanted to see what I could do on my own without tracking, needless to say, that didn’t work! Haha my Christmas photos have motivated to another level!!!!

Yes I feel uncomfortable all the time, I forget what it feels like to feel good every day, time to get off the blood pressure meds
