  • Thanks guys. I been docs sunday and today. Its a virus going around unfortunately. I went to a play center and a stupid parent brought her sick kid there and got other kids sick with the contagious flu. Ugh this is so painful.

  • There's a virus going around a bad flu. I've been doctors sunday and today. Unfortunately he said he hafto stick it out. If he does have heavy breathing or does choke from mucus again i am definitely going emergency Thank you love

  • This is true. Logging what you eat is a big help. I now knownsome foods by heart and calories and how much it is to burn one block of a very small chocolate.. like 1 hour so its not worth it. Track everythinf you can it really helps.

  • Hmm... i am trying to find away to fill my calories. As at the end of the night i have 500cals to go and dont know what to eat. So i have late night snacks to fill the left over calories. This is mainly because i eat not fetta cheese but cottage cheese, 99% fat free biscuits, soda water and they are low on calories. A…
