Well it depends where you’re cardio fitness level is at right now. I’m a distance runner, so partial to that. It’s simple and requires minimal equipment. But do what you enjoy and will continue doing.

I just simply love this! I’m 34 right now, but hope to carry the OPs philosophy with me as my chronological age advances, so my emotional and mental (and physical!) age will continue to thrive and play and be silly! 😊

I dig that philosophy. You’re only as old as you feel 👍🏼

I actually feel more anxious and uncomfortable if I go to the gym with someone. I much prefer going alone, doing my thing, and then I’m out. I get a much better workout when I go solo, and I don’t have to worry about anyone else. You’ll get used to it after a bit, and will probably end up liking it better.

I don’t own a toaster oven. I don’t own a dog. I don’t own a child. I think I own way too much *kitten*. I would love to minimize and simplify. Up until a few years ago I used to be able to fit everything I owned into my little Honda Civic. While wonderful life events have happened to make me put more “roots” down, I…

That is borderline blasphemy 😱

Under 1200 calories per day for a 27 year old 4’11” woman is perfectly fine as a base to add exercise calories to. 4’11” is *kitten* short and doesn’t leave a lot of wiggle room.
