Reading helps tire me out a lot at night. My eyes get really sleepy. Maybe some tea? But I also rely heavily on OTC sleep aids. I hope you find some relief!

Well, I need to stop buying and ordering so much junk food, concentrate on eating what I’ve bought and allocated for the week. I do that and my problem is solved lol.

Hey hey! I’m working on getting the eating back on track too. I’m about 10-20 pounds higher than I’d like to be, and I know that doesn’t sound like a whole lot, but I’m only 5’1” so a little goes a long way 😣

Hey hey! 35 y/o here! I’ve definitely been struggling with weight gain since all this COVID madness. I’m having trouble with food and limiting the junk. I’m a runner, and have no issues with getting exercise in, but it’s impossible to outrun a bad diet (trust me, I’ve tried!) 😩

Mfp has gotten steadily worse since I started using it in 2013. It’s even more irritating that I’ve never been able to find a comparable substitute.

I was on it for a few months and could not control my eating & appetite. I stopped on my own cold turkey. Boy was that interesting, even at the low dose I was on (75mg).

Favorite: Maui. It is unbelievably beautiful. Least: anywhere in Texas, for a lot of the same reasons @SuzySunshine99 has. But now I want to visit Jasper, Alberta.

yep that struggle is real for me. definitely gained quite a bit of weight over this year so far. ugh it sucks; it's turning into bad habits that are becoming harder and harder to break. :/
