I joined this thread last month. It is the first time I have tried weighing myself daily and it worked in so many ways for me. It kept me accountable, I was able to start really determining my BMR and TDEE, and it also helped keep me motivated when I saw that I was not alone in seeing the scale not move when I was expecting it to. Patience, consistency, and determination is definitely key. All the best, everyone!
