This was a great month for me in terms of staying on track with my goals for exercise, consistnecy, and water intake along with seeing the scale move this month! I also learned that I need not to get discouraged when the scale increases after those days where I ate over my carbs/calories limit. I used to think that my body just couldn't lose weight until a MFP friend told me that the weight gain could be inflammation in the body. I know that is stuff we read about, but for some reason, between her words and the daily weighing in, it clicked in my head, helping me to be patient while the extra sugar was flushed out of my body.
I go to my family doctor today for having my knee checked out. I think my July exercise goals may be placed on hold. Does anyone have suggestions for exercise that does not involve the lower body? Looking forward to seeing everyone next month!4 -

Overall, I'm very pleased with how this month went! I made my mini goal of 170 lbs and today was a bonus to get back to the 160s, although it's only the second day of the week, so I don't expect it to stick, but I'm still happy none-the-less!
