Went for a ridiculously long walk today. Was going to take an Uber back from an appointment in upper Manhattan but decided to walk back home to Brooklyn instead. Definitely got my steps in!6 -

Hang in there! I was stuck in the 190's for 13 days last month and finally started losing again. Hugs!4 -
I keep gaining and losing the same few pounds. I'm so frustrated at myself. I lost 26lbs and now this. I just ordered some healthy snacks, I've been really active this week, and I've been drinking 80+ oz of water a day. So if I can get my eating under control I know I can do this. I want to weigh once a week so I don't go nuts.
