    I just joined yesterday so if you're late, I am too! lol. I find weighing daily helpful to figure out how my body reacts to certain foods and exercises. If I eat Chinese I know the scale will be up 3'ish days.

    Hmmm..according to myfitnesspal you have an hour to edit under “gear” settings. Its located on the upper right corner of your post 🙂

    So when you update each day, do you copy, edit, and post a new thing and then delete the previous days post?

    I don't delete the previous days post. I just copy, paste, and add today's weight.

    There is no need to delete the previous days. Just like @harper16, I copy previous day info then add my current weight and adjust total weight loss accordingly 🙂

    @Cachoey - I also bought the Chocolate Haze Craze chobani flip which is chocolate hazelnut as well. Don't know if I am a glutton for punishment but will see whether this one is any better than the chocolate with hazelnut butter!
