Today so far I've not done anything. I must admit I'm very frustrated as I continue spinning my wheels. I'm exhausted as soon as I woke up though, so I'm taking a rest day.
Today's plan is:
crunch/burpee challenge
2 miles outside with the dogs
PS just looked at yesterday's food diary and I definitely know why the huge jump on the scale today. Amazing how easy it is to forget. It's really hard to out-exercise bad food choices!3 -

It's been interesting making myself eat more to reach my necessary calories and ramp up my metabolism, but it's getting easier as I've been getting hungrier more often. I was starving by lunchtime yesterday and after my workout this morning. I guess I'm doing something right, cause I'm not gaining weight.6 -
