    I put in 2 hard miles on a Leslie Sansone video, and started using MFP to make sure I eat enough calories in a day: apparently I might be in starvation mode.

    Today so far I've not done anything. I must admit I'm very frustrated as I continue spinning my wheels. I'm exhausted as soon as I woke up though, so I'm taking a rest day.

    Today's plan is:
    crunch/burpee challenge
    2 miles outside with the dogs

    PS just looked at yesterday's food diary and I definitely know why the huge jump on the scale today. Amazing how easy it is to forget. It's really hard to out-exercise bad food choices!
