So sorry, I completely forgot to check in here! I use a phone app to track so I can accurately catch up.
I'm continuing to press on with my workouts. I'm not going to get excited about the drop this week, have seen it too many times, unless it keeps progressing downward. I am feeling stronger though, burpees are easier (not easy, for heaven's sake, just easier). I'm also feeling, um, not thinner, but not so fluffy. No, I haven't measured yet, and I haven't attempted tight clothing yet...I give up rather easily if I don't see the result I think I should.
Today is a rest day. I already completed the local 50 crunch/20 burpee challenge, and I'll take the dogs on a 2-3 mile walk. I'm hoping for some sun sit time this afternoon but this morning I'm just doing some computer sit time and getting some work done.
