Thank you. Been drinking apple cider vinegar, staying as close to 1200 calories as I can, eating a lot of soup, no fast food, and trying to keep up with my 10000 steps a day on my fitbit. One of them are working lol.2 -

Still holding even though the scale needle was edging to the right rather than the left. I wound up midnight-snacking on almond crackers and peanut butter (the sugary kind!) in a sleepy stupor. Today's a rest day, so no exercise, so I'm being really attentive to my calorie intake today. Although I'm about to wreck it all on these almond flour biscuits and homemade sugar-free jam I made this morning. I need my toddler to eat a bunch!😂5 -
