Went for a ridiculously long walk today. Was going to take an Uber back from an appointment in upper Manhattan but decided to walk back home to Brooklyn instead. Definitely got my steps in!6 -

Injured my knee recently, difficult to walk the usual 3-4 miles. Hoping for the best keeping daily calories under 1200.4 -
