Today so far I've completed a crunch/burpee challenge, YouTube shoulder workout, and walked 45min on the treadmill. I'll get another 2 miles outside with the dogs this afternoon. The scale is nothing but frustrating. Pushing forward regardless.2 -

This can be frustrating to look at but every month this always happens. I have been good this past few days..staying within calories, walking and drinking lots of water. Give it a few more days and it should start going down. Otherwise, keep up the good work everyone!3 -
