  • I'm still in. Doing great. Had to dial back on my late night reading, my sleep cycle was completely out of whack. Still staying hydrated and no rice. Keep up the good work guys.
  • Still in it holding strong. Some days better than others with the water intake but I'm staying hydrated though.
  • Still doing well reading and avoiding rice. Yesterday my water intake could've been better though. All in all still doing okay.
  • I did great over the weekend. Finished another book and started a new one last night. I haven't felt much temptation for rice and my water intake is steady.
