Wow......over a thousand days in a row!! If you can do that, you can log your food in. I think of Myfittnesspal like a little being sitting on my shoulder.....and he harps on me if i don't log in and put in my food. If you often have the same foods for lunch or breakfast it's easy just to copy them forward, or use the…

It sounds like you are one of the lucky few who has a FitBit Zip that actually works.

I was raised in the far North, and potatoes, noodles, bread etc were on the table at every meal. Through the years I learned to love, and live on, rice. I got to be a pretty fair baker and made some great bread. Now.....trying to lose some weight I've cut my carbs back to some point lower than the macros here on MFP…

Probably calorie deficit is the real answer to your, and most other…

Yes, indeed. It is all the fault of the Instant Pot......happens to me too. I've been nibbling along on the pound of beans I made and pureed. I'll end up freezing portions in sandwich bags. That's ok I guess. Man, they are good. Made them without a pork hock, just some spices and they are better than most restaurants.

Just noticed your original post here. I've done the 5-2 in the past, without MFP, and lost weight quite comfortably. For me the key is to be BUSY with something on the fasting days. If I'm in the house, doing my regular things it is very tempting to grab a cracker, or worse. If I'm out in the yard, or volunteering…

I have an issue with my scale, and it seems to weigh about 6 pounds lighter than my doctor's scale does. (Gee...never heard that before, right?). So, I'd like to replace my old spring scale with a new digital one. The problem is that my weight here will immediatly jump about 6 pounds, overnight. This will set me way back…
