I’m aiming for between 1,200-1,400 calories a day. I’d love to have some friends with open diaries to get ideas from! Don’t let my current diary state scare you! I’m just getting restarted and it was finals week so I’m a little off the wagon in terms of types of food I’m eating.

Hello! I’m just getting started so I have a lot to lose, looking for plenty of accountability and supportive friends. Feel free to add me!
-
Late to the party, but I definitely don’t eat perfect. For example, this week was finals so I’ve have frozen chicken tenders for dinner every day
-
Wow! Sounds like a lot of success the first time around. I definitely understand what stress can do. All of the weight I’ve put on the past couple years has been due to stress eating and inactivity while I was struggling in school
-
I absolutely love chicken and noodles!! I’ve been trying to find a way to make it a bit healthier. Maybe I’ll just save it for a treat and serve it with a salad
-
That’s great. Thanks for sharing
-
Looks delicious!! I’ll definitely be trying that one
-
That is awesome! And thanks! I’m trying to stay very realistic about it. Not expecting it to happen overnight or the like. Just taking every pound and non-scale victory as it comes.

Feel free to add me! I’m starting (again) and would love some active friends to keep me active too.

Hello! I'm Madison. I'm 21 and I've been overweight my whole life. I would love to lose the weight and get healthy. I'm in an amazing relationship right now, with someone who loves me for me, and in the next year I'll likely be engaged and in a couple years after (and after I'm done with college) we'll be wanting to start…

I would be interested in joining the group! (And anyone can add me as a friend if they like) I'm 21 with somewhere around 100 lbs to lose. I'm not sure what size id be happy and healthy because I've been overweight my whole life but I'm just getting started.
-
I'll be getting engaged sometime in the next year and I want to look back on pictures of that time and not be worried about how I looked

Hi Kacey! I'm sorry to hear about your grandma and I can understand where you are coming from. I have a family history of heart disease, including a grandmother who is currently struggling with congestive heart failure. And considering I'm already genetically predisposed to all of that, I don't want to help it out by…

I would love to be fitness friends! I've also put on weight in college - though I've been overweight since long before that. I just want to be happy and healthy and support people who are doing the same thing.

I think I really need to put some thought into what triggers my eating. Like i know I stress eat, and I snack while I'm studying, but I need to think so some replacements for that
-
Yeah I can understand that. I just have a hard time going to the gym here on campus by myself because of all the people. Eventually when I have money I want to buy a membership to a 24 hour gym so I can go at times that are good for me but now I have to make due.
-
Oh gosh yes! My whole face turns bright red! It's embarrassing honestly. I think it's partially genetic because my moms is the same why. But I've been trying to not be self conscious about that stuff so I don't let it stop me from going to the gym
-
That is so amazing! Congrats on all you've done so far! I might try that c to 5k! I always have the desire to go for a run, but I'm just too out of shape which is why that's my current goal. Start jogging.
-
I struggle with that with my friends too! They're all skinny and stay skinny no matter how many McDonald's runs they make and so it's hard to say no when they are all going. But Ive talked to one of them about it and they're going to go to the gym with me so at least at first I have someone to keep me accountable until…

Cmwill - yeah, I don't know what it is, maybe his eating patterns rubbing off on me but I feel like I've gained 5-10 lbs since meeting my boyfriend. But he's very supportive in what I'm doing now so hopefully that means no more late night steak and shake runs
-
Congrats on what you've lost so far! That's great!
-
Kristin - it is difficult! And I'd be glad for the support and to offer my own! It's always easier, or at least seems easier, when you have people who understand the struggles.
-
Wow! That's amazing! Congrats on all you've done so far.
-
Gabby - yeah, I think I need to do some research into healthier restaurant options since I always eat out with him and then keep some healthy options at his place since I'm there the whole weekend when I'm not in class. Jasmarie - I love Zumba! I love fun classes like that to make exercising better. Luckily my school…

I love watching Netflix when I'm on the elliptical. I've been trying to jog/walk though, so I'm doing laps around the track so I can alternate from walking to jogging each lap. I've been working on creating a great playlist for that
-
I would love that! It's definitely always slightly easier with the support from others going through the same things
-
dreamAbetterme, that's what I'll definitely start with! Maybe keep some snacks at my boyfriends place too so that when he pulls out a bag of chips or sometime, I can have a healthy option so I'm not tempted with his food! A color run would be so fun! I'm hoping one day to do one of the runs at disney! Alexis - I've been…
-
That's great that you've kept up the momentum! Congrats on that!!
-
Jasmine, I think that is a really good idea! I like the idea of being able to see everything in writing that way I can look at it - and what I've accomplished - down the road when I'm feeling discouraged. I also really like the idea of having little rewards for yourself. Makes the little victories that much more exciting.

It definitely is a struggle! I bought a partial meal plan on campus this semester so I'm utilizing that for their big salad bar for lunch when I'm on campus. I would like to start meal planning but I live with roommates and we only have one fridge so I'm afraid of taking up too much fridge space with containers for it. I…
