  • I like Michael Matthews Bigger Leaner Stronger, really helped break it out from diet to workout. He also makes a version for women, Thinner Leaner Stronger. Just search on Amazon :)

  • I'd recommend reading the book 'Thinner Leaner Stronger' by Michael Matthews. Amazon has it in Kindle format. I'm following his other book 'Bigger Leaner Stronger' and have found it to be an eye opener with breaking out macro nutrition and workouts.
