This happened to me as well! I've lost a little over 30 pounds so far and the first places I lost were my belly, breasts, and face...the places that I had most recently gained. Now it's coming off more evenly, though.

I eat at (or closer to) maintenance for a couple of days, too. That works well for me, and keeps me happy!

I've lost 25# so far (of the 100 or so I'm looking to lose overall) in 3 months. I'm finding that I can't eat larger portions anymore. I went to lunch the other day and had allowed for a lot of calories, because I wanted a taco salad. I had only eaten half of it when I felt stuffed so I left the rest of it on the plate.…

I have several pretty button up shirts I haven't been able to wear in at least two years. Yesterday I tried on my favorite "just to see" and it fit great! No more gaping buttons around my bust!

So true. I was stuck for two weeks and getting really frustrated, but then this morning (3 days after starting my period) 4 pounds disappeared overnight! The Whoosh will feel great when it comes...hang in there!

After losing only 21 pounds of the 120 I'm hoping to lose, my blood pressure has dropped from "pre-hypertension" down to the "ideal" range! My doctor is so proud!

Start where you are. Eat a healthy dinner, put today behind you, and keep on trying. Bad days will happen. You're human. Just keep trying!

Chicken or tuna salad wrapped in a big wedge of crisp iceberg lettuce instead of on bread or crackers. Yum!

I just got a new bike! My goal for May is to ride 15 out of 31 days, for at least 30 minutes each time, and to take my dog with me (she's trying to lose some weight too!)
