  • There is no such thing as "spot" weight loss. Your body will lose it where it wants to and that doesn't always occur where we would like. You may be losing but you are actually doing harm by undereating at 900 calories (if you are recording correctly).
  • I would like to see where you got that info from. Any sources you can quote?
  • Keto one year now and down 129 lbs. Feel a heck of a lot better with much less muscle/joint pains. Started this as moral support for my spouse but ended up sticking with it for 2018 and beyond :) Settling in with the range of 170-175 so about 6 lbs away and very proud of how far I have come down this path.
  • Every WOE or diet is the same - Calorie in, calorie out. Like Tinkerbellang83 said keto is not a magic pill. I had lost before eating at a deficit and was always hungry. Ended up gaining alot of it back. This time around I followed Keto as a WOE and had better results as it kept me satiated and great mental clarity.…
  • Keto is still CICO (Calorie In, Calorie Out). It is a WOE (Way of eating) that keeps you full/satisfied. Portion sizes are the same as with every other diet or WOE.
