Good shoes with arch support and compression socks help too! Stretch your legs when you get chances too. It' crazy, your feet might not hurt at all all day long but suddenly your feet and knees kill... Mine especially do that after standing all day and sitting for a short period of time... And then trying to walk let alone…

I have had the Mirena for nearly two years, I have put on a lot of weight in that time and I have heard it's hard to lose weight on it, but last weigh in I was down 7lbs in 3 weeks. I also have hypothyroidism as well. Once I really started trying it started coming off.

I absolutely hate iceberg, most people I know don't understand why, they look at blankly as I tell them there is no real nutritional value to it. I rather have something more flavorful.

I've used apple sauce as a replacement for the oil, eggs and water before for a spice cake mix and it came out delicious. It wasn't to cut calories at the time, kind of want to try it again now.
