I have only come a couple hundred below the recommended caloric intake. I actually take a vitamin d supplement per my doctor's orders. I was fine this morning but I have progressively gotten more tired since the day has gone on. My boyfriend is currently sick with something he got at work, so part of me wonders if I'm…

I just made pineapple nice cream, it was more like Italian ice but it was delicious. It's pineapple, banana and unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla)

Skinny girl brand is amazing, no sugar, low sodium, low calorie. I personally have taken a liking to just olive oil drizzle with a bit of salt.

I have not.

I've been doing fruit smoothies, also have done peanut butter on an English muffin and a piece of fruit. It depends what you're considering as healthy for yourself.

Welp, I don't have an endocrinologist, but I know taking the medication is important, I also know I can control my numbers with diet and exercise, which I have proved in the past while I was not taking the medication and my numbers were perfect. And yes hypothyroidism effects many things and I highly doubt the 10lb…

I use to eat a lot of high sodium food. I now have learned to look at the labels. So far in the last week I have been under the recommended amount. A huge part of it was my dad having a heart attack and I suddenly became very aware of the over abundance of sodium in processed foods.

Also mushrooms and zucchini are good fried and steamed as well. I add zucchini to pasta and rice. Mushrooms can also be stuffed with fish.

My suggestion for fish is haddock. I don't typically like fish. But haddock is amazing. It's not fishy and it can be made in so many ways. Two weeks ago I tried brussel sprouts for the first time. And plan to make them tonight for the first time. My best friend cut them in half and tossed them in a little olive oil and…

Yesterday was the first time I really focused and used it for more than 5 minutes. And I can really feel it in my abs and butt this morning.

What finally really got me motivated was my dad having a heart attack and needing quadruple bypass. My doctor had told me months ago I needed to lose some weight because my blood pressure was so elevated but my numbers were good every where else so I was like "yeah I'll get to it". My dad's heart attack was a wake-up call…

No, I have previously done this in the past. But this time I am hoping to stick with it. I try to force myself to be aware of what I'm eating but not beating myself up over what I am eating for if I go over in calories. We are allowed to indulge and it doesn't make you a bad person. Just mean you try harder. Success…

Well I shouldn't say boredom, just wanting to give up/ tired of running lol

I found most of my exercises on Pinterest. Today I did it for 15 minutes of just running and I mixed it up a little towards the end out of boredom.

I make fruit smoothies, they are filling. I'm also looking to make my own chips this week with flour tortillas, and I've been on a salad kick which had been filling me. I had previously hated salads and now I'm obsessed with eating them without salad dressing, just a little olive oil with salt on it... I made one the other…
