Thanks for the link. No no not comparing, just get so frustrated with this little belly always popping out. Its the only thing that really sticks out on my body. Would do anything for a flat stomach lol

Im 5ft 2 and was put on a 1.450 calorie diet, which personally i think is too much i always end up eating around 1.2000 calories. I also tend to get hungry in the middle of the night but i drink water and the cravings go away. I always crave carbs lol

Well im on my 3rd week of IF and excercising at home with full body hardcore workouts. Im on the 18 hour fast and im finding it very difficult..the hunger pangs are so strong. Unfortunately haven't lost any weight apart from a couple of inches off legs and arms:/

I said id do it for a month and see how it goes, my PT reccomended this diet to me as id like to lose some weight and maintain that weight. I like to experiment but i dont want to do something that may be detrimental to my health

Well it was articles on why IF is good for you and why IF is bad for you. But as i kept on reading more and more articles it is evident that women dont do as well as men on an IF diet

You know what i think i am! Ive been drinking coconut milk and feel a lot flatter than i was. I had a piece of cheese yesterday and my belly ballooned lol.

What a great thread with lots of info. I may have missed this, but ive read quite a few concerning issues whilst doing IF. Mainly missed periods and fertility issues. That scares me. well its not exactly sewer water lol but i yes i get where you are coming from. I dont drink the tap water to be honest as it tastes so chemically so ive always had filtered or bottled water.

I had a look at the FODMAP but most of the things on there is like normal basic foods i eat ..eek..will be difficult lol. What were you intolerant too if you dont mind me asking?

Have been cutting that down too..ive tried by adding pepper into my food which has helped me get my mind off salt and it actually works lol

You are probabaly right, i dont think im getting enough fats in. In regards to sodium im trying to cut that down as i am a salt addict. Trying very hard, but if it was water retention would i still be peeing as much as i do ? I go to the toilet alot! Thanks

To be honest ive been eating healthy for 4 years now. But 3 months ago it changed alot as i moved country not going to the gym but doing my cardio and have cut down on sugar about 2 weeks could that be it? My gut bacteria adjusting?
