Great advice, thanks for that! I have never really looked into that. I am not a fan of cardio, but short bursts of moderate to intense cardio would probably be more beneficial. I could be more into recomposition stage at the moment and could start losing some weight at some point, but I know when I add cardio into my…

I have started counting calories using MFP, not something I like doing as its too time consuming for me and I did get a little bit too obsessive last time. I do tend to just gauge the amount of calories I am eating/drinking but I am inna calorie deficit. I'm eating around 1450kcal at the moment. My cardio is for an hour…

Thank you for the link - I shall do some more research.

I've been doing IF for 3 months but I stopped training, needed a break from it. Have lost weight and in general feel great about. Want to lose a bit more weight and tone with working out but there's such conflicting views on having to eat at least 1 to 2 hours after working out to reap the benefits

I will try some probiotics first and If this does not help then it will have to be as suggested. An elimination diet:)

Love this. Thanks for this insight. I totally agree with the depletion of energy as soon as I eat.. I feel really lethargic and sluggish but whilst I'm fasted I have so much energy. But I must say by 11 ish I have started to become hungry again... bit it would be great if I could push it further and eat later.. and…

Thanks, I hope it does ease up! How long did it take you?

Thank you for your recommendation- much appreciated. Is a gut healing protocol something that I can find online I.e to know what I'm doing? Or if you have some pointers that would be great ! 🤗

To be honest I've always had issues with bloating but probably more noticeable now doing IF. when I'm in a fasted state I feel good, not as bloated or sluggish until I eat and then bam .. Ohhhhh no ..not the elimination diet 😔 I've also been recommended to try optibac probiotics.. I genuinely don't know what else to do.

Well done ! 😀 I train in the mornings so waiting till 2pm would kill me lol. I also sleep quite early I usually break my fast at 11:30

I have been doing the 16/8 but really bloated 😔 I only drink maximum 3 coffees a day so I don't think that's too many. I do love Peppermint tea and will drink it when I have an uncomfortable bloat..maybe I should drink it everyday and see If it does anything. Thank you for your help!

Thank you looks amazing .. but need to find an alternative to tamarind lol

Its been nearly 3 weeks for me. I've noticed how good I feel in the mornings without eating but I keep getting bloated each time I break my fast and pretty much throughout the day.
-
So... I feel much better in the mornings when I don't eat and I genuinely feel like I have so much more energy HOWEVER..have not lost weight and I keep feeling really bloated every time I eat !! Ahhhhhh so sick of nothing working
-
You are right  thank you. Sometimes you know the answer but you just need a push. I'm just hoping that waiting 3 -4 hours after working out to eat won't hinder everything I am trying to achieve.
-
I would rather start eating at 9am suits me so much better but I get home at 5 and I would like to eat proper dinner when I get home...therefore I have to break my fast a lot later. I must admit, today went well!! I was really hungry but after another half n hour the hunger left. I didn't train today so we shall see how I…

6 hour bike ride ... yes probably not the best idea! 😅 I think I'll do some treadmill work and elliptical for cardio. I'm not fond of cardio so I will have to push myself!

Just for extra information.. im 5ft2 and weight 59kgs .. I think I'll be going on 1500 kcal ..I train 4 days a week, mainly weight lifting but I'm going to try and incorporate 2 days of just cardio

One of my friends had a B12 shot and she said she felt tons better! I'll see how I go this week and I may consider it..

Thanks everyone for your help. I will ease back into the gym.. I think for me its that viscous cycle of not being able to go so I feel low and therefore finding even less motivation to go. The most Important thing for me is to just show up, once I'm there I know I'll be fine. I don't think my breathing has been affected so…

Thank you all for comments, I think my main source of sugar would have to just be natural sugars in foods that I eat. I do struggle to eat enough protein, I always have! My downfall is eating sugar processed snacks ..(the cons of working at a school) I've just heard that limiting sugar and sweeteners helps with bloating,…

I live on greek yoghurt:) Being greek cypriot ive grown up eating it with everything lol. I think i will try and target for 100g a day and see how it goes.
-
Yeah i do incorporate protein in every meal i have, which is fine. I just struggle to reach 150g lol. With everyone saying this is too high, i can still keep adding protein but at a lower level.

Trying to lose weight and just tighten in general. I usually do struggle to reach that number, i will try and lower it slightly and see how it goes.
