This is off the top of my head but I found this AMAZING and SO easy vegan "alfredo" sauce. So that can be your creamy sauce and add veggies of your choice, spinach and a meat of your choice. not sure of the calories for this dish but im guessing not much :) link to creamy vegan alfredo sauce…
