First off you have to start small. When I "dieted" in the past it was always way to much change. I had a lot of emotional issues with food, and self image. I've always been heavy, and school and home life were ruff. What has helped me this time (I started and failed a lot before) was something clicking mentally. I learned…

I am using the premium version(free trial that came with my UA band) and a ua band. I seem to be hungriest in the evening after I eat my last meal thats why I started eating yogurt and fruit for a desert. My logging is fairly accurate I believe, I weigh 95%of what I eat. On the days that Im way over its probably at its…

Ive been doing this for 30 days now and its not just this week that I've been hungry. I usually hit my calorie goal every day 1920, or am a little over. I am 6'2" and at my last weigh in(I weigh once a week) I was 269 lbs. I did really slow down on my water intake last week I drank ruffly 72oz per day. I usually get around…

I was the same way. I would just be starving by lunch time then I would blow my calories for the day. I found that keeping some of the 4oz tuna cans by my desk has really helped I have one at about 10 am, and that takes me through till 130 when I take my lunch.

There is a lot of good advice here, but I only saw it mentioned once. You need to realize that you are not perfect, nobody is! The most important thing is to see your mistakes and learn from them. Food has always been hard for me, I was never a junk food eater (except for soda). I got the way I am by how much I ate, I…

Maybe when you order your meal on the weekends ask them to box up half of it before they bring it out, or split a meal with one of your friends that might help keep the calories down a bit.
