I feel this same way even though you got woo'd,in my experience it seems like clothing size labels have gotten larger,I wore a 12 at 175 pounds a decade ago and now that I've reached my 135 goal I'm still a size 12 so how's that vanity sizing?!? That's sad sizing to me😭

I don't consider any of the low cal ice creams "ice cream" anymore,at first I was in love with enlightened and thought it was a treat,now eating it just feels sad,tastes weird,consistency is weird,too pricey for what it is,etc I'd rather just buy real ice cream snacks like Bunny snacks or the tiny Drumsticks

I'm cool as a cucumber when the alcohol is in me but as it starts to burn off I'm a nervous,shaky mess! After awhile off it anxiety tends to fade away
