I can tell you that you do not want to wake up 5 years from now and look back with regret for wasted time. Wasted on a person who does not love you fully. True love is unconditional and makes both better people. I have been married 4 years and known him for 7 and I still get excited (we call them butterflies in our…

I took my baby trick or treating to get the candy last year. My baby sat there excited over pretzels and didn't want the chocolates. I will do the same this year but not eat all the candy in one sitting  For me I find that family and friends are just so used to how things used to be and get into a habit. They…

34 week pregnant overweight mom right here. The best thing that I found was many smaller meals. Making sure I had protein and fiber in every meal has helped a lot. Along with plenty of water spread out so that I wasn't stuck in the bathroom. I haven't been the best at tracking (My 15 month makes tracking tough) but I have…

Get on a good prenatal vitamin (I have heard there are gummy prenatal vitamins) and eat healthy when you can. Just eat where you are comfortable but you really do not need to increase until second and third trimester. If you have morning sickness don't force yourself to eat more than your comfortable with. My doctor told…

We did not use any fertility treatments. In fact we just started to try on our own(the doctors wanted us to try for 6 months to a year on our own first) and I was shocked to find out I was pregnant. I have not lost very much weight so I thought it was impossible. I had cut down my sugars and carbs at that time so that may…

I have PCOS too and am currently pregnant. It is so tough to lose weight and keep it off with PCOS. Just cutting calories does not work and that is so frustrating. I fought it for a long time but I am finally cutting back on processed carbs and sugars. Just had an ultrasound yesterday and the baby is healthy and active so…

Where I work we do not always have free food but when we do it gets crazy! What I do during those times is allow myself one treat after my healthier snacks are gone. That way I am not so hungry and can enjoy it rather than inhale it. Also making sure I drink plenty of water with my snack helps me feel fuller. I am not…

I would say look up crock pot ideas. I love just putting stuff in a pot in the am and coming home to dinner ready. It also makes a lot that can be spread out over the week or freeze for later

We never have any problems with those who ride their bikes on the path. We pay attention and move closer to the side. The people we see on bikes are the nicest people. We smile, wave, say hello, ect. Its only those who are in their cars. There aren't many sidewalks near where I live and I feel like Im more in the way…
