I try to root for 100-200 calories but it all depends on how long I work out for. I try to work out about 30-45 minutes

The chocolate is absolutely delicious and PERFECT for a chocolate craving! I just tried that flavor and loved it! Mint chip is the second one I've tried and it's amazing! Honestly, it's up to your taste buds! The flavors are a bit sweeter than regular ice cream and stronger but it's soooo good.

Started at 176lbs and my absolutely heaviest roughly two weeks ago. I'm down to 175. At 5'1", you can tell that I'm heavy but I don't think people realize that I'm technically obese. I'm really hoping by the end of the month I can reach at least 160-165 and at least 150 by the end of the year!

So far I've lost 5lbs and it's been about 2 weeks. I think any progress is great and just remember to stay confident!

5'1" here...started at 176lbs now at 171lbs. My current goal is trying to get down to 160 by the end of the month or next month and reaching a goal weight of at least 140 by the end of the year. I'm not too sure if I'll be able to ever really get back down to 120 again but I'll try my best!

5'1" here at 173lbs right now. I'm hoping that within in a month or so I'll be down to about 167 by the end of April and hoping to be down to about 160 by the end of May!

Surprisingly, Quaker Oats granola bars are only 100 calories also Dippin Stix apples with caramel or peanut butter, if you're looking for under 100 calories. Also, if possible, a medium sized navel orange if you like!
