For me,I either do "Dukan diet" or exercise for 150 minutes, six days a week. It depends on where I am ,home or hotel. And I don't take medications.

This recipe should've better been called "hopelessness" :p I eat only 3 to 5 sautéed dates , and from the first bite my tears begin to fall down like a rain :D However in general ,it has some great benefits for girls, and it actually works for some girls.
