I would like to lose at least 30lbs and my goal is 2 pounds a week because it wouldn't allow me my further than that. I've already lost almost 10 in about 2 1/2 weeks.

My diet consists of salads, salmon, grilled chicken, brown rices and veggies. I just made up some smoothies for snacks containing fruits and almond milk. Would adding a protein powder supplement be sufficient?
