i am using mostly the Slim Fast meal replacement protein powder mix since it has the extra nutrition and vitamins, etc. in it. Been doing this about 2 weeks. But have to admit I have been eating bananas & greek yogurt too.

Here's what I do and it is delicious! I make my own protein drinks ahead of time, usually chocolate flavor and put bananas all in a blender. Pour into individual bottles for taking with me on the go. So when I have my coffee in the morning, I just pour some of my protein shake into my coffee ... yummy!!
