I have not been able to shed as much weight as I would like. Only down 6 pounds but have gone down 2 dress sizes so I guess that is progress(?). Looking to lose 20-30 pounds and become more fit. Please feel to add me.

I'm 5'3. When I started, I was 162. I am down to 158. My ideal is get down to 130, while adding muscle thru weightlifting. I will accept anywhere between 130 and 140 as long as I am putting on lean muscle. Thanks for creating this post it's been helpful hearing others sound off.

Same here. I eat when I am stressed. I eat when I am happy. I am trying to figure out a way to change my relationship with food. Any thoughts?
