I'm Heather. I've been doing the shred for 3 days but unfortunately, I skipped 2 day in between. Between working full time and the kids I honestly didn't have time. Going to start again today and stick to it. Did the shred a few years ago and between it and dieting, I lost 33 lbs.

Ella I just did day one today! Would definitely love some people to help motivate! I did this a few years ago and got great results. Day 1 sucked today lol. I finally realized just how out of shape I am.

Just did day 1 today. I completed it about a year ago and lost over 20 lbs. I've gotten so out of shape. I kept having to stop today. Have to keep reminding myself that it gets easier.
