Haven't been able to find Enlightened around these parts. Arctic Zero was like eating frozen spit to me and they are way more expensive than Halo Top. I wait for my store to run a sale and snatch them up for $3.50/pint and clear the store out of my favorite flavors.

Was a sad day for me when I weighed out a serving size of my favorite cereal. I was easily eating 4 servings of that stuff every morning! Now I pass on the stuff because 54 grams of frosted mini wheats is pathetic. I may as well just eat a bowl of my tears.

I get the texture thing. There are very few vegetables that I will eat raw. But I love them cooked. Incorporate them in moderation and prepared different ways and I bet you will find some he likes.
