Yes and no. It is good for kids to know what is in their food and make healthy life choices, but I don't expect them to actually do it. Why should a 10 yr old have to measure their food? Wake up earlier in the morning and make time. I wake up at 6 and get a good 45 min workout in and make it to work on time by 8.

I'm not a big cereal person. The serving size is crazy and too much sugar. Oatmeal is better and will fill you up if you go based on the serving size.

It's just a preference thing. I alternate between unsweetened almond and flax milk (25 cal!). I stopped drinking milk for a while and I have noticed a big difference in my health since then.
